Can anyone tell me how accurate the processing times are on THIS website? For example, it says for K-1 Fiance Visa filed with the Texas Service Center, they are currently processing applications from July 11, 2014. However when I looked on the official USCIS website, they are processing applications from April 5, 2014. Can someone shed some light on this, please? I feel like I'm going crazy with all this waiting.

We filed the petition (for K-1) September 9, 2014.. We got approved 45 days later. However, on the site here it shows that TSC is still currently processing petitions on July 11, 2014. I believe their website says another date. So, I'm not really sure which one is correct. But here on VJ, if you fill in your timeline, it will give an "estimated" time of when your petition might be approved. Ours was earlier than the date that was given by VJ. Good luck :)

Our estimated time has already passed. We filled on July 14, 2014 and I got our first form on July 28, 2014 and since then....nothing...it's very frustrating. They haven't requested more evidence or anything. I've seriously heard nothing.

Oh :( I'm sorry. I believe you can call them if you past the normal processing time which is 6 months. I think.

I am a July filer as well....NOA1 July 22, 2014. I have heard nothing as well. TSC is behind but I have seen on Igor's list some June and a few July filers have been approved. It's a long wait I know. We have to hang in there our approvals will come soon I pray:)

When you type in the receipt numbers from your NOA1 receipts, what does your status say:

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

I continue to get the Validation Error.

Some people here are on California Service Center and mistakenly put Texas Service Center on their timelines. That messes estimatives up.

Some people do get approved earlier than others, though, for many reasons.

I've personally found the timeline estimative very frustrating. I advise you not to look at it.

Your best bet is to keep an eye on filers from July and see what percentage of them are getting approved. When lots of people start to report approvals, you have a better chance too.

Good luck!

I've been getting the validation error as well and when I called customer service they said it should be fixed within a few hours...well it's been 24 hours and nothing has happened.

It's been 4 months since we filled and I'm getting antsy. I want to know something!

The Lahouars, I am sorry and I know how frustrating it is but keep in mind your application is at TCS so expect 6 months (Average processing time) and even though the website is not working for some you can call and you will get the same info from an automated voice service! And please do not trust the timelines here because the most part of the fast approvals are from CSC and not TSC and USCIS as of September, 30th say they were last working on MAY,4th applications so I would expect at least a month and a half to start thinking about July petitions!
