GA-325 Biographical info

I have conflicting information. I know the immigrant needs a GA-325 included with the AOS application. Do I as a sponsor also need to include mine?

Depending on what froms were filed.

I filed an I-130 on beghalf of my spouse for AOS and I ( USC ) was required to submit a G325-a with !-30 petition for her.

My answer to this for you would be YES. Include a G325 for the USC / Sponsor it is better to include it rather than get an RFE and delay your case waiting to submit it later.

If your not sure gfo to USCIS.Gov forms page look up info under the AOS I485 forms

see what is required of the USC.

According to the instructions for form I-129F

Under Other Documnets needed

It specifically states that You must submit G325 for Both Sponsor and Fiance /beneficiary

She is adjusting from a K1.... only the immigrant needs a G 325 in this case.

I (K-1) and my 2 daughters (K2) applied for AOS. Only the 3 of us submitted our G-325. My husband (USC) didnt' submit. He only submitted the Affidavit of Support (I-864) for each of the Ks. We got accepted at the DORA program (INFOPASS appointment), got interviewed and passed the interview but pending FBI namechecks. We had our biometrics a month after. My 9 year old daughter and I received an email notification notice last week that our welcome letters are on their way. My 21 year old daughter's case is still pending (officer in charge of her case was out of office last week; but her case is not denied as of now...praying she will have her welcome letter soon)

If you came in on a K1 visa and are now doing AOS then only you (the immigrant) needs to file G325A.
