I submitted an I-864 Affidavit of Support with my I-129F Fiance Visa petition. Do I need to send her the I-134 Affidavit of Support for her Interview at the Consulate in Manila?

You didn't have to file any support documents with the petition, she only needs the original copy of I-134 at interview.

You will need to send an updated I-134 for the embassy interview.

I submitted an I-864 Affidavit of Support with my I-129F Fiance Visa petition. Do I need to send her the I-134 Affidavit of Support for her Interview at the Consulate in Manila?

Yes.

Unsure why you filed the I-864 with the I-129F - that's not how the paperwork flow occurs. If you were reading something online, please post the U R L here and we will vette the data for you.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Waste of paper submitting the I-864 to USCIS with the I-129F. Yes the embassy requires the I-134 along with a copy of the most recent tax return and W-2. Follow the embassy instructions letter.

For details on the process in Manila follow the flashing arrow below.

Pop over to the Philippines forum, great bunch of people there to help out : http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

I think this is how the confusion goes... The I-129f is a nonimmigrant visa. we get processed differently. like lower standard. we do ds-160 i-134. Then later on in the processing we get upgraded to immigrant processing like at cgi stanley. Yes your fiance is indeed immigrating. so you read all this information about DS 260 and i864 but that is required for "immigrants" not us 129f. get it?
