Hello,

I'm not quite sure how much I should bring to the AOS interview for my wife whom has a K3 visa. Is it neccessary to take the I-130, I-129, or g325a? We will definately take the approval notices for all of those documents but I'm not sure if we should take the documents themselves.

Thanks,

Chris

Chris, i have not had my interview yet so i am not talking from experience here, but you might as well take these documents with you, especially if anything changed on them, for example, if there was a change in the last name, or change in the address, maybe you can reflect the changes in the new forms.

take whatever you think is related to the case and have them organized in a folder.

When your interview is scheduled, if it has not already been, you will receive a letter stating exactly what they want you to bring. Bring every required item on the list and you should be okay. This is based on our experience in January 2004.
