I-751, question about listing children

My husband and I are getting everything ready to submit form I-751 to remove the conditions on his green card. We have a child who was born in the US, so we will include him on the form and check NO to the question about whether he is applying with us, BUT, my husband has a child from a prior marriage who lives in their home country and has no plans of moving here, do we have to include him on the form? I assume yes, but wanted to see if anyone knows for sure.

Yes, List all children including children from previous marriages.

so you include two children and mark as NO for applying together.

I included all three of my children even tho only one came with me to the U.S
