It seems so trivial to have a rule that requires the topic title to match the headline of an article. So, what's the purpose of that? Integrity of message? Truth, honor? The American way?

Nowhere in this supposed interview did George Bush say that was his ONLY regret. Nowhere. The title to the article decided that it was. So, therefore, the rule is that it's true?

I then tell a short story about how the Who first met and talked about Tommy. I quote them.

What's happening here is some putz with too much time and unhappiness in their life decides they don't like seeing certain words about a topic. So, they censor them. That's all.

Unlike the topic title to this article, everything mentioned about Tommy is true. This article however states that George Bush's ONLY regret in life is what they say it is. Did George Bush ever say that was his ONLY regret? Hell NO.

Of course not, and liberals write stupid articles and title them with stupid titles .Like the one a poster posted about why we should never disrespect Obama.

It may be a stupid rule, but it is one of the few that is applied evenly across the board

Just add the correct title and post what you need to say above the article.

I was surprised to learn when I did a series for the paper that I was not allowed to choose the titles. The editors make that decision. Consequently, titles can't be assumed to match the writers main intent or what is useful to the public as opposed to the editors idea on what sells papers. His commitment is to profit margin for shareholders.

So what does it mean to be faithful to a title? Not so much. Worth a revolution at Visajourney? Oh sure. Jihad. Be the first to die in our Holy Cause...
