Got married K1 visa 12/6/2013



Gov got AOS 12/23/2013



Combo Card 2/23/2014



Wavier Letter 03/182014



Green Card in hand 11/22/2014



Total time from filing K1 23 months (lawyer screwed up one thing I beleive it cost us 2 months in time)

AOS interview November 24, 2014 (approved)

We're from Cali, but our case was processed in Nebraska.

I-129F AOS & EAD

09.23.2013- I-129F package sent via USPS 07.25.2014- Sent I-485, I-765

09.25.2013- package received 07.28.2014- Received by USCIS

09.30.2013- check cashed 07.31.2014- Text & email confirmation

09.30.2013- NOA1 (email & text) 08.03.2014- Received hardcopies NOA

10.01.2013- Alien registration number changed 08.29.2014- Biometrics appointment

10.29.2013- NOA2 heart.gif 10.10.2014- EAD card production

11.01.2013- NOA2 hardcopy received 10.20.2014- EAD card received

11.26.2013- NVC Case number assigned 10.20.2014- Received notice of interview appointment (AOS)

12.02.2013- NVC forwarded to embassy 11.24.2014- Interview (Approved)

12.19.2013- Email from embassy asking for beneficiary's contact info 12.03.2014- Green card received

12.23.2013- Email from embassy for additional documents to be submitted (packet 3)

01.15.2014- Medical

01.22.2014- Documents completed and sent

01.30.2014- Interview ( Administrative Review)

02.02.2014- Got a call from embassy asking to submit my passport

02.03.2014- Issued!!!

02.04.2014- Visa on hand!! goofy.gif

03.31.2014- POE

We filed AOS on January 29, 2014

We changed address early on during the process - and thats what might have slowed it down a bit.

I received EAD and AP early april and the potential Interview Waiver Case letter May 15, 2014.

This morning (December 08,2014) I got an e-mail saying that our Status changed to Card Production on December 06/2014.

It took 311 days from filing AOS to Card in Production and 207 days from the Interview waiver letter.

01/26/2013 - NOA1 / Vermont (Hardcopy)

05/30/2013 - Case transferred to TSC

06/24/2013 - NOA2 / Vermont (Texas) (Hardcopy

08/01/2013 - Pack 3 arrived

08/12/2013 - Pack 4 arrived

08/20/2013 - Interview / Frankfurt, Germany >>> APPROVED

08/23/2013 - VISA IN HAND >>> 7 months 2 weeks and 4 days after we filed for I-129F

09/21/2013 - Flight to New York

11/09/2013 - Wedding

01/31/2014 - Case Arrived at Chicago PO Box

02/07/2014 - Acceptance E-Mail and Message, E-Notification

10/20/2014 - Online Service Request - Out of normal processing time

12/03/2014 - Online Service Request - Out of normal processing time (again)

12/06/2014 - Case Status changed to: Card/Document Production (311 days after filing AOS)

12/12/2014 - Case Status changed to: Card Mailed

12/15/2014 - Greencard Arrived

AOS: 320 DAYS / K1 + AOS = 710 DAYS
