I think the reference to 0'bama's weakness is derived from the recent tariff agreement the US signed with the Asian nations which will increase American exports to the region. That comes in the wake of N. Korea releasing two US prisoners. How else can the Tigers look at the POTUS but with a sense America is weak? You do the math!
