It didn't say anything about them not being happy with what you provided in response to the first RFE? It's kind of weird that they sent you the same RFE again :/ What does the case status online say? Updated to another RFE?

It has the same date and writing as the first one. No change on the website or anything. I still sent it in. Don't want anything to come in the way of the process.

I've had NO news at all at all at all.

I'm hoping no news is good news (and not that my file was eaten by rats!) :-|

I have filed roughly at the same time as you and I believe it is a little premature to worry now, especially because the Christmas period is slow.

From what I understand, for people who roughly filed mid-end of November, EAD should be produced around end of january / beginning of Feb. and Interview mid-March, provided there is no RFE in between.

Can anybody concur?

I agree with thomaschmidt, I think it's too soon to worry about anything, WiseAndOtherwise. I believe that November filers have already been sent an RFE for initial evidence, if there was a need for one. Now we just have to wait.

So, I sent a response to my RFE on Saturday and it was delivered today. Does anyone know how long now til USICS updates my case status to RFE response review?

On January 6, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by March 7, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

This is what my case status says now. How likely is it that I will actually receive a decision by March 7?

mikebella, good for you! When is your interview?
