Our AOS application was received by USCIS on November 19, 2014.

I had my Biometrics on December 08.

We received a Interview Waiver letter on Feb 13,2015.

Coincidentally, my GC was mailed to me 2 days ago, on our 1 year anniversary!

No Interview, No RFE, No need for a renewal of Medical Report (I had mine on May2014)

We married August 23, 2014.

Thank you Lord!

To everyone who's still waiting, I think your GC's are on its way already!

FYI for those who are waiting, after the NPIW your status will progress as follows(if approved)

-Card Production

-Decision

-Welcome mail mailed

-GC mailed!

Thank you Lord!

To every who's still waiting, I think your GC's are on its way already!

We finally received our AOS interview date (NYC) for next month! We applied in November 2014, adjusting from K1, no interview waiver letter, and finally almost a year later we have an interview for October 2015. I guess I can't be surprised it took this long, considering it is NYC, but I was seriously going crazy waiting.

Good luck to those stIll waiting to hear something!

An interview here as well possibly after I pestered with a service request (letter was dated the same as the request -- might just be a coincidence though).

I filed my AOS package and it was received in NOV 25th 2014 and until this day I haven't had my interview yet. Last update was that they are ready to schedule me for an interview on jan 22 2015...I'm losing hope. My EAD expires in Feb 15 2016. I don't want to spend money to renew it. is any one from the texas area had their interview already in dallas ? or irving ?

EAD/AP renewal is free when your AOS is still pending! Read through the link below about the same topic. Good luck to you.

Hey guys! I wanted to see if there's anyone else in a situation like mine because I am going a little crazy here :clock:

So last time I heard from the USCIS was on May 12, 2015 when we had our interview and nothing's changed since then. They haven't updated my online status since April 09, 2015.

I went for an InfoPass, got nothing out of it except that I passed all the checks, there's nothing missing and I just need to wait some more. And that was on August 11, 2015.

11 months since I filed and still no word from the USCIS and I don't know what's happening. Is there anyone else in a similar situation?

10-29-2014: Married! (L)
11-28-2014: AOS, EAD, and AP sent to USCIS Chicago, IL
12-02-2014: NOA's received via text/email

02-05-2015: EAD/AP combo card approved
04-09-2015: Interview scheduled for May 12.

05-12-2015: Interview successfully completed

I'm so sorry to hear that. Have you tried scheduling an InfoPass? It wasn't much of a help for me but it could possibly give you some insight as to what's going on. The only good thing about it is that if there are no pending background checks holding you down then at least you know that there's nothing wrong with your case and it's only a matter of time before you get your GC.

Hold on tight and keep us updated!

i did an online inquiry and I haven't received any much. i received an email stating, "The status of this service request is:

USCIS systems indicate that your case is awaiting an interview. Your local USCIS Field Office will contact you once they are able to schedule the appointment. Should you not be contacted by your local USCIS Field Office within 90 days of this notice, please contact customer service at the number provided below." well...i had been waiting since Jan 2015 for an interview. i sent an inquiry in september and received the above response.

Well, just had the interview and everything seemed to go OK. Got the stamp in my passport and the website says that a new card has been ordered.

Good luck to those still waiting!
