We are in exactly the same position as you. November filers and our RFE was received on Jan 20th, heard nothing since then. We called USCIS a few times over the last few months, most recently a few days ago, and they said as we are still within processing times there is nothing they can do. One nice lady did put in a service request and the result was just that we are waiting to be scheduled for interview, although the USCIS website hasn't been updated show this. The new processing dates are released at the end of this month I think, so hopefully we will then be able to do something. Until then, we're kinda powerless. But if we're in the same boat, I'd say this is normal and we are just unlucky for not having heard sooner like so many others have.

Fishandchips78, thank you for your reply. It sure looks like USCIS is taking too long to process AOS on these days. On June 15, we called USCIS, they put in a service request. We're supposed to hear back from USCIS within 30 days, which expired on July 15th. :(

We called back yesterday (16th) and One nice man checked everything for us and confirmed that YES USCIS never responded to the service request. So, he put in another one, this time waiting period is going to be 15 days! Ugh... Lets see what happens now. We hope to hear SOMETHING by the end of this month.

Good luck to you too.

So had my interview yesterday and it only took 10 minutes. The officer only looked our passport/ID's and ask couple of question. No medicals need to be done again since I have done my medical back in Feb 2014. They have got everything in your file. Late in the afternoon I got an email that the card has been ordered.

I have suggestion as DON NOT GIVE PEOPLE WRONG DIRECTION IF YOU ARE NOT TOO SURE. I'm specifically mentioning Sweetswinks as I was just about to undertake my medical again.

Good luck all the peeps.

Wow, I don't appreciate the uppercase, that's kind of aggressive in nature to type. If you receive an RFE for a medical due to the first one being expired, then yes you must comply. If they don't ask for one, then no you don't need to get another one. No need to directly attack me for this.

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

Debate policy all that you care to, but do so without insulting other members. We can disagree without being disagreeable. Keep in mind the Terms of Service and the potential penalties.

Hi!

We have a very similar timeline :). We also received a potential interview waiver for around the same time as you did. Today my husband's USCIS status change to "On July 21, 2015, we updated your name for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number..." Did you happen to receive the same status update before the USCIS approved the green card?

Thank you in advance for all your help!
