Work permit arrived. Turns out it had been sent to the wrong address weeks ago, and instead of either checking the address or calling, they just sent it back to the Benefits Center and then proceeded to figure out everything again before sending it back - correctly this time.

No AP yet. No word on post-biometrics either. But at least the work permit is here and I can go get a job.

If you received your EAD card, isn't the AP marked on the card as well? .... or you applied for AP later? :-)

I applied for both, but they screwed up and split the applications for some godforsaken reason. So this EAD just says that it doesn't permit re-entry and the USCIS website says that my travel document is still being processed.

I am so sorry. It really sucks that they made a mistake like that and now you have to wait longer. Hopefully you will get the AP letter soon and also news regarding an interview for AOS. :-)

So my EAD has been pending for over 105 days, I called at the end of February to open an inquiry and they said to call back in 10 days if I didn't get an answer. I called today and they said there's nothing else they can do until 30 days have passed since the inquiry was opened. Is this true? I thought that after 90 days you are entitled to an EAD automatically. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Finally got my EAD approved notification this morning, it says card is in production! After 3.5 months of waiting. Still nothing about the interview but at least having the EAD approved is great!

My online case status says that I have been approved for a green card interview since october, and that they will mail me the interview date, but nothing has arrived and i am planning to leave the country in april for work...

should I call?
