Update: I went in this morning at 8AM, and the nice guy at the Providence ASC said he couldn't fit me in today but he could tomorrow. And he took my appointment letter in, and printed out a new one with tomorrow's date on it. And that's it! :)

It's good to see something working at the USCIS, for a change. I hope it stays smooth here on...

I got my reguest for initial evidence for i-485

Thr first thing i forgot is to put the tax returnt transcript for 2013 instead i just put w-2 this problem is solved i have already order this tax transcript from IRS.

I need help for the other evidence request

* Based on the documentation submitted with form I-864, affidavit of support for the petitioner thr invome didnt meet 125% of the poverty guideline for the petitioner household size . ( our household size is just me and him)

They want evidence of assets but in general my husband's salary is almost over 70 000

I would appreciate any help

I told you to go after 11:00 AM. But, anxiousness got the better of you. I went in to Philly at 11:30 AM. Everything went smooth and the biometrics is done. Yay...

Actually, as it happens, it was nothing to do with the time of day, but the fact that Tuesday mornings are earmarked for appointment changes, as the gentleman explained to me. But I'm glad it worked for you, whatever the reason. Good luck with the rest of the process!

Got all 3 hard copies of NOA1 in the mail yesterday dated 11/26, 12 days after I filed. I wonder why some people get their initial NOA1 texts + hard copies so quickly and why others don't...

First, congratulations on the receipts. I got mine in exaxly same time line as yours. Took the same amount of time and the dates on the NOAs. Now, you have to wait for the biometrics appointment. Why it is taking so long for some, I have no clue. I am guessing they sort out the applications as they receive them and then go through them on certain days of the week. The ones that arrive closer to the pick up day seem to have been worked on quicker than othres. Th important thing to remember is that we are in the system now. Secondly, now they will move your AOS case to your local field office and how busy they are will determine how fast your case will move forward. Pray you dont get an auto approval cause that is taking 6+ months right now. The ones with interviews are moving quicker.

I hate having to wait so long for e-confirmation. Sent the forms on the 26th, they were delivered on the 28th. I know you have to wait for e-notification anywhere between 4 days and 2 weeks but it's hard :(
