Congrats!!

I think it's completely random. Some just get approved all of a sudden, some get interview letters and some get interview waiver letters. I've had no news re: my I-485 since they received my RFE response on January 6th. :(

Any updates about your AP?

Thank you! I thought "AP" was I-130, instead of I-131. My lawyer did not file an I-131 until recently, not sure what will happen with that. However, I have no updates on I-130 since November if that helps.

Nov 17 2014 - USCIS texts/emails received with case number
Nov 21 2014 - Biometric letter sent to us

Dec 02 2014 - Biometric letter received (Appointment on Dec 12)

Dec 11 2014 - Biometrics done (Appointment on 12)
Dec 04 2014 - RFE letter sent to us
Dec 18 2014 - RFE letter received(Request for Initial Evidence)
Feb 04 2015 - Evidence for RFE received
Feb 10/11/19- Card being ordered, produced, mailed to us

Feb 23 2014 - Received EAD card in mail (was supposed to be 21, delay due to snow storm.)

I believe that now that your I-131 you can send a request to expedite, you just have to prove that you fall under one of the categories that qualify for expedite :)

Good luck with AP and AOS too, I hope we'll hear some news soon. Waiting is hard but there's nothing we can do about it.

Medical Received By USCIS (UPS delivery confirmation): 2016-03-08

AOS approval date/Resident since: 2016-03-12

Card received: 2016-03-18

AOS took 15 months, 2 weeks and one day.

Has anyone received a notice of potential interview waiver letter?

We just received the letter day. What does this mean? Has anyone else received a notice of potential interview waiver case??

In the letter it also mentions due to the workload USCIS anticipate that delay to be approximately 6 months from the data of the letter. Doesn't sound to good.... :-(

Same here... hope these six months pass by quickly but we are very glad to at least have the EAD/AP combo card!

Oh, so it looks like two of the Nov filers have received the interview waiver letter. I haven't heard anything yet. I hope my interview is not waived...looks like that will just prolong the green card even more than it already has been! :-/

11/07/2014: K1 visa received

11/08/2014: PoE

11/13/2014: Marriage

11/14/2014: AoS/EAD/AP application mailed

(11/19/2014: Notice date on I-797 NoA)

11/20/2014: Email and text acknowledgements received

11/24/2014: NoA hardcopies received

11/29/2014: Biometrics appointment letter received

12/02/2014: Biometrics completed

01/27/2014: EAD & AP approved. Card ordered

02/02/2014: EAD/AP combo card mailed to me

02/04/2014: EAD/AP combo card received by USPS post

02/18/2015: Notice of Potential Interview Waiver

07/27/2015: Welcome notice was mailed

We also got the "Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case" letter today. Online status for the I-485 did not change. Still says "we accepted fingerprint fee on 12/4"

Same for us as well. We have the same online status "we accepted fingerprint fee on 11/13....."

Our online status has stayed the same so far after receiving the letter today.

There's no electronic notification or update for receiving NPIW. All recipients of this NPIW only receive the letter. There will be no update on your uscis account. It will stay as "fingerprint fee" blah blah blah until the Greencard is produced.

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

I noticed most K-1 visas are getting interview waivers, but what about F-1 visas? Anyone here that arrived on an F-1 visa?
