I don't know the exact details, but I think an interview is almost always required when the AOS is based on marriage. Exceptions occur if your local office is significantly backed up (more than 3 or 4 months). Otherwise, you are put in line to wait for an interview. I hope you get it soon!!!

Your passport, Advance Parole card, and NOAs stating you are adjusting status should be enough to travel abroad and come back into the country without problems.

Aug 27 2005: Met in Scranton, PA

Sep 10 2005: Started dating

Nov 12 2014: Got married in PA :luv:

Nov 24 2014: Mailed AOS application (i-130, i-485, i-765, i-131)

Dec 03 2014: Date of first NOAs, acknowledging receipt of forms.

Dec 30 2014: Appointment for biometrics, but missed it!

Jan 02 2015: Successful walk-in biometrics, in Philadelphia :help:

Jan 14 2015: Online status changed from "biometrics fee received" to "interview is scheduled"!!!

Jan 17 2015: Received NOA with details about AOS interview, scheduled for Feb 17 2015, in the Philadelphia office

Feb 12 2015: Form I-131 was approved, Card for I-765 was ordered to be produced

Feb 17 2015: Interview went well. A decision will be made within 30 days

Feb 18 2015: Online status changed: I-485 was approved and new card was ordered!!!
