Paypal fee for international transfer

Dear guys, i would like to know about Paypal. Does anyone know, if i receive a money transfer from outside of USA, will a person who makes a transfer will get fees? and do they will automatically making transfer convert into $ currency?

And let see, they're gonna transfer $100 so will i receive full $100 or Paypal will cut another fee so i will just receive less than $100?

Shimura, it all depends on how the transfer is accomplished. If its via a Credit Card then there will be a fee involved but if it is from a bank account then there won't be.
