I was just looking at the processing date for the I-485 and it said Sept 25, 2005? I hope that is wrong because many people have already received their greencard and filed after us in JUly 2006.

I hate this process

Late November 2004 Sent out I-129 package

December 8, 2004 NOA2 approved

February 2005 Receives Pakcage 3

Late April, 2005 Sent back package 3

Early August 2005 Receives package 4

November 2, 2005 Medical

November 8, 2005 Interview... success!

November 9, 2005 Received Visa at 9am by courier

May 2 or 3,2006 He arrives in the USA

May 13, 2006 Wedding

July 3, 2006 Sent out for AOS, EAD, and AP

July 13, 2006 Received NOA's for all three

Sep. 21, 2006 Received AP

Sep. 23, 2006 Received EAD. YAY!

February 15, 2007 Approved without interview!! Card ordered for production

February 16, 2007 Mail notice sent welcoming new permanent resident

December 23, 2008 Sent in I-751 to remove conditions

January 5, 2009 Received NOA

February 6, 2009 Biometrics appt.

now just waiting....

Don't give too much meaning to those processing times. They are often wrong. What is your local office?

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

03/19/2008 - package sent to TSC, let's hope for the best

03/20/2008 - check cashed

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

05/19/2008 - received I551 extension stamp via INFOPASS

02/12/2009 - APPROVED

02/21/2009 - GC received...no mistakes...valid until 2019

Seeing as they've been posted for quite a few days now my guess is they meant 2005. I'm only guessing though because I would think if they were wrong they would have heard enough complaints about it being 2005 to change it. Besides, they say they are for employment based anyways so who knows what it means.

Thanks for clearing that up.. I hadn't noticed it was employment based. Sometimes all this info just gets jumbled into our heads. :wacko:
