Is there any other way to expedite the nvc process other than seeing if the embassy will accept the expedite? I already tried with the embassy n they said case has to be completed through nvc first...well everytime I freaking send somthing I have to wait three months for it to be reviewed by the stupid nvc

How can I make nvc complete my case faster?????

Will emailing my congressman do that???

Its been a year since submitting I-130 and were still in two different countries :sleepy:

You can request an expedite. You need a valid basis.

What is your reason?

I requested an expedite through nvc but they forwarded my request to the embassy n the embassy needs me to have a case completed first at nvc

How can I request an expedite without having the nvc just forward my email to the embassy.

Its been a year since submitting I-130 and were still in two different countries :sleepy:

The embassy denied the expedite so unless you have some very compelling evidence for needing it, you will not be expedited.
