Eleven Approvals at TSC???

According to Igor's list, as of 5:45 EST today on Friday 11/7, there have been only 11 approved petitions this week. This is a disgrace. I realize that Igor's list is not completely reliable as it depends on user updates but even if you account for users not adding their timelines to VJ or not updating it after receiving their NOA2, this accounts for such a miniscule percentage of June Filers. What is going on? Of the 11 approved at TSC, only three are current month (June), the rest are Philippines or random petitions from August-October. I am starting to lose my mind. If the USCIS was a public company they would be clearing house right now. If i did approvals by myself, i could approve eleven a week and be just as rigorous in the review.

Those random petitions from August - October are from CSC filers who keep screwing up the timelines posting the wrong service center. They see the comments about the service center and never change their mistake. When I check my status, I've memorized others similar to mine and see no movement with the I130s and I129Fs but the AOS, Travel Docs, and EADs are processing at lightning speeds. TSC is absolutely pathetic but there is nothing we can do but just wait patiently. . .

That is what I figured but in a way that makes it worse! If you take out the random approvals from August through October, TSC approved about 6 petitions this week! I wish we had some sort of recourse.

To be honest, I and complain to anyone who will listen what a pain in the ### immigration is and then tell them let's light a fire under congress to do something about reforming the system. . .

I actually have no idea what to say about TSC. Even calling them a disgrace is a compliment. Absolutely pathetic the way they are handling their petitions. I am equally upset with USCIS as they don't feel the need to workload balance - CSC speeds through in 15-30 days, some even less, while TSC sits there at 5-6 months. If this was a public company, they'd have all been fired or bankrupt by now. Instead we shovel money to them in droves in hopes we can have a life with our spouses or significant others (fancy that delusion).

Were you one of the ones having problems not being able to see your status too? I wish I could call since we officially hit 5 months today but I'm out of the country . . . :clock::clock::clock:

When I originally entered my receipt number I was getting a validation error. Once I logged in I could see the last updated date, but no status when I clicked on the receipt number. My fiance is unable to manually check the receipt number and it gives him a validation error. I can at least see the last updated date if I sign in, but that's it. They really should work more on their staff than their website, which they broke anyways.

In view of the speed of CSC, all I-129F's should be sent to them. It seems that TSC is doing nothing at all for I-129F's except maybe Philippines and a few other expedites. As far as the confusion with the TSC petitions as opposed to the Texas Lockbox... can anything be done by the mods to fix this so it doesn't continually jig the figures?

The imbalance between the two "service" centers is a joke frankly. USCIS has to be aware of this which makes it even more of an outrage.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
