So last week around our 60 days of waiting for our case to be reviewed by the NVC, we called and asked what is going on with our case. After talking for sometime with a couple of representatives they told us that my I-864 financial information (petitioner) was not filled correctly and that my 2013 taxes was missing. We told them that our information was filled correct and that I didn't send my 2013 taxes because I HAVE NEVER WORKED A DAY IN MY LIFE (I got married in my first semester of college, I have always be a student supported by my parents.) They told that we should have sent a letter explaining why I have never worked and why I didn't send my taxes. BUT we did in fact send the letter!! We did everything perfectly! So I swore on my brothers, husband and myself that I sent it. They decided to help us and request to get our case reviewed by a supervisor. They told us last Wednesday to call back after one week for news about your case, so we called this last Tuesday and they said call on Friday (TODAY). I just called 30 mins ago and they told us that what the other representatives were telling you was incorrect and the time-frame for a supervisor to review your case is 42 days. We were in total shock, after waiting 60 days and then waiting 1 week to get news, this is what we hear. My husband asked the rep. what should we do? Should we send our letter again or wait for the supervisor. They told us to wait for the supervisor because if he finds our docs everything will go smoothly. We really don't know what to do, we are confused. anyways if we re-send our documents it will take 60 days anyways. Has anyone had the same problem? If so, what can we do? What do ya'll recommend?

I think you misunderstood. My parents aren't sponsors. My grandmothers is a sponser. I sent my i-864 and hers with her tax information. The problem was that they lost my i-864 application but they have hers and everything is great on her side. I am 100% sure that i sent my papers with my letter. Its just very unfortunate that they lost it and we have to send my papers again :( I prefer to send them again and then wait 42 days and they say that they didnt find it. But its good yours was reviewed in 7 days.
