FLEMINGTON, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey man who said he was a member of "Hitler's Order" has lost custody of his son after he argued the state made no effort to find a psychologist who was not Jewish.

An appeals court labeled the man's arguments "unpersuasive."

The man is identified in court papers by a fictitious name to protect the identity of the boy, who was removed from his parents shortly after he was born in November 2011. The child's mother surrendered her parental rights last year.

The state had terminated the man's parental rights of three older children in 2012.

The Courier News of Bridgewater (http://mycj.co/13QA0xc ) reported the man argued the state made "no effort to find an alternative psychologist" who was not Jewish.

According to court papers, the state said it attempted to provide the man with anger management, domestic violence and marital counseling. But the state said he refused to comply.

The court said the man failed to respond to notices and didn't attend a court hearing because he said he was fearful for his life. The man said he did not trust law enforcement to protect him because "law enforcement doesn't care about someone with Swastikas and tattoos."

What did the man do other than be an idiot racist. Was he abusive, ? This is still America. I hope we are not taking kids because of stupid politcal beliefs of the parents, wether it be white sepratist, Islamic Radicals, Black Panthers, KKK etc?

We don't need a lot of junk parents pour into their kids heads. However having fringe racist political beliefs should not be grounds to take peoples kids, unless the kids are being abused. It's a dangerous slippery line to cross.

For the same reason I am against state lead prayer in school. Who gets to decide which views are ok for raising kids and which are not. What happens when they take the kid of a rabid Muslim radical or a rabid Pentecostal radical. Are we going to set up a panel to vote which doctrine is ok and take the kids of those we don't agree with.

I am sure there were other issues.

All b.s. aside, here is what the article says.

"According to court papers, the state said it attempted to provide the man with anger management, domestic violence and marital counseling. But the state said he refused to comply.

This is why they so called took the child away.

That is not our call to make though. Was the father unfit in any manner, other than the moral objection we may have to his ideology?

Would this not save us from future school shootings or bombings if children were taken aware from radical parents?

Who knows how kids will turn out. I think a lot of school shooters etc were from fairly stable homes.

Where do you raw the line. How about far right Christians, out spoken Muslims for sure, New Black panthers, of course. Gay oh heck yes.

You do see where that would go don't you

We can't operate under that premise alone. It's not enough to justify removing a child from home.

If a Muslim was teaching their child to blow up Americans in America would you still think this way?

Just checking where you stand.

Until they broke a law or the child was abused, Yes!

The valid comparison would be to ask if it would be correct to remove a child from home because the father is a supporter of terrorist jihad. There is no crime without actions. The very notoin of thoughtcrime is Orwellian. Literally.

So you think it is okay to teach children to incite violence against others?

Because I am sure this dad probably had card board cut outs of Jews at his house showing his son how to properly gut them.
