Hi again all!

We have one more question for the VJ community. My husband arrived in the States on October 18th. We had to go through a special check from the CDC because he had a lung infection a while back and they wanted to double check everything. After they said everything looked good, they then told us they would mail us info on how to complete the medical check and vaccinations. They kept everything we received from the Embassy too.

Now it's nearly a month later and still no word from them on anything. Should we just go ahead and get him to a civil surgeon? Or should we wait for their supposed instructions? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks all!

Interview date!!! 10/06/2014

AOS:

Packet received at Chicago Lockbox: 2/2/2015

EAD approved! 2/26/2015

AP approved! 2/26/2015

Green card received!! 09/24/2015

ROC: 

I-751 sent off to CSC: 7/25/2017

NOA1: 7/27/2017

Filed Inquiry into Biometrics status: 9/18/2017

10 Year Green Card Approved!!! 10/22/2018

 

Next Stop, Citizenship!

i undergo sputum in the Philippines before...then upon arriving in the airport a personnel gave us a yellow paper, an instruction to call the state public health...then after a week we tried to call them... the next day a nurse from public health in our town gave us a schedule for tst and xray... since im just new in US..i don't have insurance she told us to go to a free clinic in our town... we just followed it...we did it.. all the results are negative...
