hi guyzzz

i hv ques. like my co-sponsor is a self employed (independent contractor) and he dont hv W2 .

he fill 1099 ( instead of w2) form bt he lost this aswell?

so what i do please help me ...

Easiest thing is for your co-sponsor to get a copy of his tax transcript, that way he doesn't need anything else.

He can obtain it online from the IRS website

http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

yes he got 11,12,2013 tax return and employment offer .....licence copy, passport biographic photo copy , ctizn certificate copy

last 6 mnth bank statement aswell

so this is enough for financial support ???????
