Hey Guys! my husbands interview is tomorrow! We know he needs to take his passport, but does he need to take his old one too?

My wife brought her old one to be safe, and it ended up being useful because the IO wanted to know my wife's most recent date of entry to the U.S. in addition to the original date of entry. We couldn't actually read the port of entry on the stamp because the ink was pretty faint, but the interviewer said she could look it up afterwards. If anything, it shows we were prepared and it was one less piece of information she had to find out and record separately afterwards.
