OK, I know this question is super lame, but I've been searching for an hour & can't find. I'm completing as much of the forms as I can now & I don't know if that's why my brain is being thrown off... On I-864, In Part 2, Family Name, I will use my wife's new last name right?

Yes, her legal name. So if she changes her name as a result of your marriage, then you need to use that new name.

Another question. On I-864 Part 5, it specifically states "DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE." That said, I had to enter 1 in box 1. 1 is already placed in box 2 for myself. 3 says "if you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse." If I do that, is that considered counting someone twice? Reason I ask is that 8 says to add lines 1-7 together. But that becomes 3 & my Household Size should only be 2. Confused. Thanks.

Another question. On I-765, box 16 has me stumped. The example form on VJ says "©(9)()", but I have no clue how old that is. So I went to the actual form instructions & it appears what I'm supposed to be looking at is on page 4 #6. A. , which says either 2 things. "(a)(6)" or "©(9)". it appears (a)(6) is for K-2 Dependent & ©(9) is for K-1 Nonimmigrant Fiance(e). I just want to be sure I'm looking at that right & should be using ©(9) & not anything else. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.
