I use the electric toothbrush and my dad's a dentist so yes oral hygiene is important.

Once I started using the electric toothbrush I couldn't go back to manual. It really cleans your teeth pretty good! My dad gave me this sonic thing but I can't use it 'cause it makes my head dizzy. It's supposed to be better than the regular electric oral b toothbrush but I just don't like the feel of it.

Oral hygiene is very important, the state of your mouth can be indicative of other serious health problems.

Just a manual toothbrush and floss for me, with some mouthwash for good measure. I've only a few cavities, my dentist once told me I have very decay resistant teeth, yay for me. :)

VERY IMPORTANT! Electric toothbrush, floss, AND mouthwash. I brush my teeth 3-5 times a day. I know that's a lot, but it's important to brush after waking up to get rid of halitosis, after each meal (when I eat 3 times a day), and before I go to bed.

Manual brush, floss and antibacterial mouthwash. I have great teeth, no cavities ever(knock on wood) but my gums are genetically crummy. Dentist told me I had the choice between this routine or no teeth by 45.

Manual toothbrush, electric toothbrush (although both of the last ones I bought broke  ) and floss. I think taking care of your teeth is important, although I'll admit to not having done so quite so well in the past.

Halitosis  Yup brushing would cure that right up!Or go to a bad breathe clinic!
