What is happening with your case now? Where do you stand?

I had 2 RFE's?

We got married and we will submit the packet for the spousal visa in the beginning of January.

Very good I had a long wait too 18 months. The CO told her he was ready to give her a blue slip when he saw her file she had with her he gave her the pink slip. I guess it had enough evidence in there too convince him it was a real marriage.

Is there any way someone can change the title of this thread or maybe reopen it somewhere else? Every time I see "denial" pop up in recent topics it gives me the chills and fills me with sadness.

K1 Visa Event Date Service Center : Texas Service Center Transferred? No Consulate : Juarez, Mexico

I-129F: Request to correct on document or notice assigned to an officer for response 10/25/2014

I-129F: Name Change request made 10/31/2014

I-129F: Crickets as of today
