10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Hi there,

Can you tell me when did you file your I-129F petition? I am waiting for mine to come. I hear that TSC is expecting some delays and no one really knows where are they now with the petitions.

Thanks a million :)

You must be right. I looked at other Philippines cases and they were approved pretty quickly. Maybe someone is in military or it just depends on what country is the beneficiary from.

How do you know? What does hurricane has to do with it. There are people from war zone countries and they don't have any privileges.

I know because It's on here all the time and it's kind of a sensitive subject for most people. It's all politics though.

I'm not saying its right or wrong, I was just giving you a heads up so you wouldn't see her approval and see that she filed in August and judge when you will get approved based on that.

And yes I definitely know there are other people in difficult situations. My fiance is from Pakistan and he's not exactly living in paradise either.

I am not judging anybody. I just wish the TSC would do their job better. Some people get approved in 3 months some have to wait 10 months. It is just so unfair but I only blame TSC.

OK guys and girls.... it is time for us June, July filers to do something to be heard. I am now seeing more August and September and even October approvals that aren't Filipinos or expedited. Rose and Bryan are from Armenia, for example.

So what's happening? Are we being skipped or are lost at TSC?

I know we can't contact lawmakers because they are busy in transition but it is the modern age.... can we create a twitter hashtag? A Facebook page? Or contact media to draw attention to this matter. I need help and ideas and support here. Let's do something!!

I'd bet those August-Sep-October approvals really went to CSC and not TSC, people just did their timelines wrong. Definitely in the case of September-October.

Removing Conditions Timeline

Aug. 10, '17: Mailed in I-751

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received

.. & Armenia is the default country when you don't fill out your time line. So basically you can't rely on the time lines. Just look out for the NOA2 posts, seems for TSC they are now on early June.

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

(L)"I remember the days I prayed for everything I have now." (L)
