Hello everyone. I sent in my I-130 application and got NOA 1 on October 9th and had not been able to check case status on USCIS website. Today I visit the site and it say a notice was sent for rfe. I am worry about what more evidence they could want. I sent in the proper paperwork I-130 form, g325 forms with pass port photos of both. Birth certificate of petitioner ,certify copy of marriage certificate made sure everything was sign. I sent chats log boarding passes copy of passport, pictures of me and my wife, pictures of our wedding and with her family .I do not know what more evidence I could get

Each case is different. You'll find out when you receive the letter.

It could be a question that you left blank (did not put NONE or N/A) or you didn't date the forms or something else... :ph34r:

Hi, just wait till you receive the letter from uscis it's probably something stupid you forgot to do since you were in a rush to get the paperwork mailed out cuz that's what happened to me
