I received a letter telling me:

The petitioner/sponsor`s income on the federal income tax return does not meet or exceed 125% of the poverty guidelines. The petitioner/Sponsor lists their current income on Form I-864ez as an amount to be considered as sufficient; however, no evidence has been submitted as proof of curent income.

Submit evidence of the petitioner/sponsor`s income. Such evidence should include:

• Letter of employment containing the following:
• Dates of employment
• Nature of the job
• Yearly Salary earned
• Number of hours per week worked
• Prospects for future employment and advancement

• Pay stubs or other documentation of pay for the previous 6 months
• Evidence of other income, such as Tax-Exempt Interest, Qualified Dividends, IRA distributions,Pension,Annuities,and Social Security Benefits (only SSA1099 and/or SSDI-1099)

I have the employment letter and the pay stubs but i dont have other income. My husban does meet and exceed 125% of the poverty guidelines but his job history have not been continously since he got lay off he started to work for another company while this he got recall and went back to his old job so my question is: What should i do? should i sent another I-864ez with another sponsor or a I-864 with a co-sponsor even that they did not ask for or should i only sent the letter and the pay stubs?

I did sent 2013 W2 and 2011,12 and 13 IRS transcrips.... in all this years he exceed the Poverty guidelines....

What you submitted shows what his income was back then, they are asking for evidence that he CURRENTLY is making enough to meet the poverty guidelines. An employment letter stating how many hours he works and what his monthly income is will help.
