Good day to all VJ members.

My parents got here last May of this year with an immigrant visa and now they have their 10 years green card. Their going back to the Philippines this month, and my question is, how long they can stay in the Philippines and still come back here in the US without a problem.

Technically, they can stay outside for up to a year without a reentry permit. However, it's best to stay for less than 6 months.
