I don't know why they post a timetable when you call and say it's past the time table they posted they say "oh well that's just an estimeate". Then put the actual date you are working on and don't tell me 5 months and then when the 5 months has passed and I try to submit a case inquiry you tell me I still am in my processing period.

Ok so here is the funniest story that I have ever heard. Called again today to see if I get a different rep and to see what happens. The rep tells me that I am out of the processing time frame but when she goes to submit the request they deny it because the TSC is reporting false information. They are saying 5 months but when the reps trys to submit the inquiry they tell the rep that they are still in October. Hmmmmm shounds like fudging the numbers to make like they are caught up and back on track when actually they aren't.

@kazzflow - maybe she may have messed up but I can see Tier 1 service # in my case history now.

they are saying October 2 since last week, I don't think even that date is right. they must be little ahead.

I honestly don't know if this service request can help or no.

Let us know how it goes. We are all getting anxious.

Might not hurt to get a Congressman involved at this point since it is past the 5 month mark listed on the website. I was told by the congressmans office that the 5 month period is just a time table for them to get the case "assigned" to a rep, then they have 30 - 60 days to process the application.

It seems like you get a different story from every side.

I called the same number back again and they told me the computer wouldn't let it go past anything past October 2. Maybe the rep messed up when entering you NOA1 date.

you guys heard anything from USCIS?

I think TSC is even much slower than NSC. you agree?
