Yes, finally got my email Noa1 and service center California! Maybe because I filed there in person the first time. Either way, relieved!

Very excited for you! That is the best feeling, to have SOME sort of movement in your case! Good luck!

USCIS

10-24-14 : I-130 sent from South Africa to Chicago Lockbox

11-03-14 : NOA1, Case Transferred to California Service Center

11-24-14 : NOA2

NVC

12-12-14 : Case received by NVC

01-15-15 : Case # Assigned

01-15-15: DS-261 completed

01-20-15: AOS fee invoiced & paid

01-21-15: Mailed AOS & IV Packages

01-22-15: ORIGINAL SCAN DATE- both packages

01-23-15: Sent corrected AOS - caught my own mistake

02-11-15: IV bill invoiced & paid

02-14-15: DS-260 completed

04-01-15: Case Complete

04-16-15: P4 e-mail

05-14-15: Interview Date

05-25--15 : POE, time to MOVE!!!!

Removal of Conditions

Married 2001, conditional resident 2003, permanent resident 2005.Left U.S 2012, abandoned green card 2013.Applied I-130 Nov 2014, approved Dec 2014. DS260 13th Apr 2015. Docs sent 27 Apr. Scan date May 1. Case complete June 4!Interview July 14th, rescheduled to Oct 20th.  Applied for N400 on November 6th, 2018. I'm the immigrant :)

Have been having this issue for like 9days since i got my hardcopy i can,t access my online case saying ...Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283....

I was never able to access my case status online. I called about it on a few occasion and each time I was told to wait 30 days for my case to get into the system. I was finally able to view my case online the day my case was approved. I don't know what the reasoning for that was, but it was so frustrating. Insha'Allah, they will update your case online soon.

USCIS

10/11/2014 – Mailed I-130 packet to the Chicago Lockbox
10/14/2014 – I-130 packet signed for
10/15/2014 – Priority date assigned
10/19/2014 – Acceptance confirmation email received
10/20/2014 – Check cashed
10/24/2014 – Received I-797C (NOA1)
10/27/2014 – Faxed the USCIS expedite packet to the Senator's office
10/29/2014 – Expedite request sent to USCIS from the Senator's office on my behalf
11/05/2014 – USCIS approved I-130 petition
11/07/2014 – USCIS sent case to the NVC for processing
11/08/2014 – Received I-797, Approval!!! (NOA2)

NVC

11/11/2014 - Emailed the NVC Expedite Packet to the Senator's office
11/12/2014 - Expedite request sent to NVC from the Senator's office on my behalf
11/12/2014 - NVC received case from USCIS
11/28/2014 - Received confirmation email from NVC, expedite request was received and is being processed
12/09/2014 - NVC Case number assigned
12/10/2014 - NVC Welcome letter email
12/10/2014 - Submitted form DS-261
12/11/2014 - AOS fee invoiced
12/12/2014 - AOS fee submitted
12/15/2014 - AOS fee shows paid
12/16/2014 - Sent AOS and IV packets
12/17/2014 - AOS and IV packets received by NVC
12/17/2014 - Embassy denied expedite without a reason, informed over the phone by Hazel from NVC

12/19/2014 - Received email from NVC confirming AOS and IV packets received, scan date 12/17
12/19/2014 - IV fee invoiced
12/19/2014 - IV fee submitted
12/23/2014 - IV fee shows paid

12/26/2014 - Submitted DS-260
02/17/2015 - Case complete!!! :)
05/04/2015 - Interview date received by phone, scheduled for 06/10/2015

05/08/2015 - Received P4 email

US Embassy Cairo

05/12/2015 - Embassy received case from NVC

06/10/2015 - Interview approved!!! :)

07/20/2015 - Visa received

When I get my official NOA1 in the mail could it be different than my email which stated it was sent to TSC or say it was transfered to a different Center

I've never heard of that happening but suppose anything COULD happen.

Can you track your case on the USCIS website tool? They should also notify you by email if your case had been transferred.

Just a vent...and you're about the only people in my life right now that will understand....I think I've checked my email a thousand times today hoping for a NOA1. I know it will be there soon...I just want to know what processing center it will go to :(

Damn seems like everyone is getting transfered to different locations and still stuck at slow as Texas. I know from my previous marriage 10 years ago I was first at Vermont and then transfered to California hopefully same goes Cali was quick.

Hang in there Kazz! I'm sure it's all kind of random really, I won't even expect it will go quicker for us CSC filers. Once we're at NVC, we'll all be in the slow lane. I'm hoping for june/July for us but, I don't count on it.

I read it takes about the same time for K3 visa.. like 5 months.. I don't know if you read something different than that?

It can't hurt since you don't have to pay for the I-129F form. The only thing is that with the K3 I don't have to wait for the NVC to send the paperwork to the consulate and the extra delays to wait for the visa. I know in Dominican Republic once it is approved we can setup an appointment within a day for her to travel have visa in hand. And by what people are reporting here they got August 7 and Sept. 19 dates working

Don't know if this is true too. It also looks like if you file the I-129 the paperworks seems to move a little bit faster for some reason
