Anyone filed their I-130 in Nov thus far? The Chicago lockbox received mine today via courier so I am anxiously awaiting my NOA1 ! Hope to encourage and help one another along the way. I have already experienced that this process can be extremely stressful and its only beginning haha

The Chicago lock box received my petition for my wife today, the 4th of Nov 2014. I currently live in Canada with my wife (Indian citizen) and I am not sure how being in a third country would impact the process but, one step at a time. I'll wait for my NOA for now.

Also, my first packet was received on the 31st of October, 2014 and I forgot to include a check in there. I immediately sent another complete packet without waiting for an RFE. Hope it works out!

Filing my I130 for my husband tomorrow. nervous but just about to put it all together. i wondered if anyone else has included bank records to show support for relationship at this point or is it really necessary?

I had pictures from our wedding and a few others from jasper and banff. Other than that, our marriage certificate, notarized affidavits from two of my friends and insurance statements showing the same address. I would include bank statements if I had a joint account.

I did include bank statements and records that showed a joint account. It was suggested in the instructions.

However, I've seen that many lawyers recommend including it at a later stage. Not sure, sorry!

Good luck! Mine was received the 3rd of Nov and I'm still waiting for my NOA as well. Let's hope we get those notifications soon

Not yet I was asking because you said they received in Aug 31. Did you mean Oct 31?
