Your fiancée's G-325A and letter of intent must have your fiancée's original signature on it.

You could send those documents (after you filled them out) to her in email so she would print them, sign them and mail them back to you. Or you could send the documents to her in mail and she would sign them and mail them back to you.

Make sure the signatures are written with a blue pen, as it happened that people received RFEs from USCIS because they signed the documents with black pen (black ink doesn't make the signatures look original).

Good luck!

Actually the current guidelines for I129F said "black pen only" we had originally signed in blue ink, and then had to sign everything again. Blue ink used to be the old guidelines.

im no expert in this matter, but id like to share what we did.. we just fill out the forms online, then i printed it out, i signed it, i scanned it and saved it, and emailed it back to my fiance in the US. he then printed it out from there and then sent it. we didnt really mail anything.. we did the same for my letter of intent.

You still have no Visa Issued, I would bring original signature to the Embassy. There is a chance that the CO will want to see original signed documents.

You never know which CO you will draw and their mood for the day at the Embassy.

Here are the instructions verbatim:

Copies. Unless specifically required an original document be filed with an application or petition, a legible photocopy may be submitted.

Bold is mine.

The part that mentions the G-325A makes no mention of original document needed.

http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

Those instructions refer to the initial evidence and supporting documents. That's why it says "an original document with an application or petition," i.e., with the form, and not the form itself.

USCIS forms require original signatures:

http://www.uscis.gov/forms/signature-requirements-uscis-forms

I would not advise people to risk the RFE by send USCIS documents that don't have an original signature unless they are filing electronically and can submit an electronic signature.

Well at least we agree on the I-129f needing it and the letter of intent not needing it!

I would just say the G-325A is not a petition or application, but understand the reason for your own advice.

I'd still go with all forms (regardless of whether they are a petition or application) and the letter of intent needing an original signature.

If people decide to do otherwise, they'll have to risk the RFE. As long as they make the decision accepting that it's risky, then that's fine by me.

Some way, I would be finding a way to do original signatures, me and my wife found a way!

Good luck, ever which way you choose to go!

You can do this, I feel your determination.
