It's more like McDonalds throwing out the old rat meat each month and making patties from fresh rat meat. It's the only game in town.

I too got the 'your account needs to be reset message'. Even though I am stringent with logging out and typing the password etc.

I have a sneaking suspicious that maybe, possibly, this could have something to do with The White House being hacked. Maybe a precaution but when they expire everyone's account like this (seems to be what's happened), it's their way of forcing password resets.. hummmm

Anyone else with me on that?

NB: I'm referring to the case status page, but those who actually have created an account so it remembers your entire case portfolio.

I just tried logging in today 11/3/14 at 3am Arizona time, and I got an error msg saying that my account had been locked for either 'inactivity' (Which is impossible, as I check daily!) or because 'too many log attempts were made with an incorrect password'.

I have changed my log in information, and appear to have access again - I'm just curious, was this an error msg that everyone was getting when trying to check their status, or could my account have almost been compromised?

Weird...

This just happened to me as well. Wonder what's up with that?! And it looks like some can log in fine.

It is working just fine for me. Be sure to sign out each time. If you just close the web browser on your phone or something similar it will time out or cause another issue that will cause you to have to reset your password.

May not be effecting all people but I definitely think something is up with groups of people and after using the same account in the same manner for 4 years and never receiving that message before (I have been told I had to change my password but only because of the password age).I put this down to more than just coincidence, considering others are affected in the same way.

I am prudent with logging out, every time.

Today is Election day. Are the USCIS offices open today?

This is going to be a bad 2 months coming up with all the holidays and pending vacations. Ugh.

The Reno, NV Field Office is closed due to a facility issue.

All other offices are open today.
