@d30d3. This is where I am at right now. We have filed for adjustment already and I got me EAD Combo card so I was praying to God for an interview waiver which I received a letter for about 2 weeks ago that I might not be interviewed. I was so excited because we are not prepared for this because she refused to change her name to my last name and get the bills in our names etc. when I tell her about the importance of doing this she says it does not matter that USCIS will not care if she is still bearing her maiden name or not .

She is correct in that one thing that USCIS will not care if she chooses to keep her maiden or previous name.

You will need co mingled items though and even if her last name is different on them it does not matter.

If a woman is sleeping with another man and she cannot admit its a bad sign ,she can infect him with diseases ,if you can do that and expect your man to work things out then not all the men can take such bull ###### ,you love one person its one person not two ,life is too short to play with people lives like that,anyways no one will come out of it alive.

Thank you very much Kay and Jay. That is the point I was trying to make. How would one feel when the wan you married look straight into your eyes and lied to you about what you know already. I have proof of the cheat and also have her on record of the denial . I told her once that I'm feeling a sweet itch sensation on my urine passage whenever made love if she has seen anybody since started dating and she said she has not even been with any body since the last 6 years. Then she turn it into a fight that I was accusing her of infidelity and she went and bought yeast infection treatment for herself and nothing for me forgetting that I don't have health insurance yet. I am going to go for a check up at a free clinic soon then I will confront her with the issue after i have all my ducks on a row. She is always threatening me with ending the marriage and washing her hands off the process and me being deported when she does that. If I can get my hand on the two years conditional Card that will be enough for me to put things together just invade I need to go back. Probably upgrade my education and save some money too. But in between my prayer is that a child does not come into this mess because it's going to be very messy for us. My step daughter on her own have a mind of her own she haven't spoken to me since she came back from camp on Friday and when I speak to her she doesn't even look at me nor answer back. What she does most is to ignore me in public when I cook and she ask the mom who cooked and she answer that I cooked she won't eat the food. I bought her a piano in a box that a friend of my wife's that buys storage units sold to me and I told her I will pay when I start working I gave it to her on her birthday though the piano was bought in an auction unit but is still brand new cos is a store that was closed I will be paying $70 for it even though the seller wants $100 just to make her happy this was on Tuesday and she went to camp on Wednesday she grudgingly left the piano where it was presented to her and took the rest gift even though my gift was the most expensive one. For a music lover that she is and a ballerina one will thing she will be playing the piano but she has never touch it again. I bought that piano cos the mom told me she has been crying for one and she intend to buy her one by Xmas so I bought this nice looking Yamaha and she totally reject it. She told me once how she hated me since coming coming into their lives cos she does not sleep with her mom again. When I moved I'm she use to sleep in our bed and the bed is not your normal very large bed I'm use to and she has her redesigned prior to my coming she slept I'm the room with is for 3 months and use the bathroom in our room for 4 months even though she has one right at her door. She comes into our room at anything of the day or night without knocking and flip on the light hoping to catch us in an unpromising position I guess I mean 2 am or 4 am or 11 pm anytime. At 13 she does not do dishes or even put what in the fridge if she takes the last one she does not replace them I do all that and when I complain to the mother that is your daughter not big enough to do some house chores she will tell me she is still a kid that I should not coarse the kids here to the ones in Africa that this is America. From this perspective I found out this woman cannot even train a child the way I would want her to. Everything she starts fighting I will tell her there is a kid in the house and she will tell me she

Does not care and it has gotten to the stage when she does that right in front of the teen and she will even use her as a weapon and now the little girl has started acting just like her mom keeping malice. My wife can keep malice for 2 weeks not talking to me over a little thing that is her fault all becos I challenge her on it. She does not want u to challenge her I told her before what you need is not a husband but a wife and sorry I'm not a wife material but a husband. For those saying try and work out your marriage I pray you have double spirit of what I have I'm the house if you will not run with out your possessions. The reason why I am still hanging on is the Lesson of the bible for I know I don't fight against flesh and blood. I know the weapons if our warfare are carnal and it's going to pull down this strong hd for me and find me the happiness I traced to the states. I will let u into a secret my wife refuse to agree that there is a higher power that is bringing unhappiness into the marriage. Sometimes we might be having a good time maybe we went to the restaurant as a family or just the two if us laughing the devil has a way of turning that laughter into a heated argument or a a fight that will make her keep malice for 2 weeks then she will turn around and apologized and we will be good for 3 days and she will do the very same thing she bowed not to do and she she is I'm this state she is totally different from the woman I know. I asked her that while you were with me for 3 weeks back home why didn't this attitude show up if not I would not have continued this journey because I hate drama. I like a private and reserved life. She takes her drama even outside forgetting she is not at home. I asked her after the wedding day that why were people asking me if I can cope? Cos some of her friends and family members where telling me jokingly right in her presence that if I can cope with her or they will say thank you for taking her off market and she will be like or don't mind them that's how they all play but it started to ring a bell now that something just don't seems right.

I waited this long to find happiness. Trying to escape what my dad went through getting married to a woman that ruin his business and the financial freedom he created with my mom before she departed being control by a woman's whip and whine. When I finally found my high school Crush on face book after 17 yrs of leaving my country for the US and after 5 yrs of on and off conversation on the phone I thought I could not go wrong with this but I was so wrong. This 6 months of marriage are my most miserable years on Mother Earth and I will do anything legally to find freedom and happiness. She kick you with her mouth where it hurt most. You can't force sensory to get help it has to come from them. You can force a horse to the river you can't force h to drink. You can take a drug addict to the rehab you can't force to get clean even so God cannot force to get salvation is our options. I have spoken to her to seek God In prayer cos in my case what she has is spiritual cos she agree all the time that she knows her tongue is toxic and that she talks without even knowing she started talking but one day she will learn to talk less. We have no privacy. People I don't even know have heard of at her place of work not good stuff but how if she knew she would not have married is so hard to be the one working alone the daughter is having a hard time fitting in and I'm not working. Seeing me at home not working is depressing to her. I even stop eating in the house several times so she won't be complaining about all that. I can't work cos I have no EAD then. The money I came with we did a wedding which only her family and friends came to cos she decide to invite more people even though we initially plan to invite 7 people. When I start working I will show her who I am. I will save for a vacation to the the carribean and she her what she will miss about me. I will try to leave her with a memory of what I am. I have to get ready for my part time job. I get 10 hrs a week for now. Wish me God's speed VJers.

Just to add this word of advice to the single people going through this journey. Choose your life's mate carefully. From this one decision will come 90% of all your happiness or misery. Proverbs 31:10-12. This was my biggest mistake.

I have been in the same situation as this guy without the minus getting green card. The person I with with was truly patient. If you really love someone you do try to go to the end to work it out. But if don't you can end it fast that's fine that is his prerogative. you know im all in for marriage. Im not wishing anyone to be in a bad relationship.

I would suggest abstaining from any sexual contact as you are not certain what she may or may not be doing when you are not around. Protecting yourself emotionally may be a little challenging since she seems to k ow how to hurt you but, with prayer and God's grace He will send Angels round about to strengthen you . You have full control of protecting yourself physically from any sexual diseases so, abstain, pray what to do and move forward with faith. Best wishes
