Great to see that! I'm Oct 21, so we'll all be happy together! Wooohoooo!! :)

I just noticed that Oct. 3 is a Friday which means that once they are done with 10/03 they'll jump to 10/06!!! YAY :idea:

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

Well i just got off the phone and NOTHING, im so desperate, the guy i talked to told me, we received your papers on oct 3 and i was like nooo oct 2, i received an email stating that, and he was like its just one day!!! no when u have been away from your spouse forever, i havent been in our home since we got married, i mean come on with me a freaking case complete now!! what a douche :ranting::ranting::ranting:

I've been away from the threads because I'm hosting a thanksgiving dinner for about 15 people, and trust me, this a good time killer :)

But next week I'll be more present on the threads. Hopefully by then more ppl with October scan dates have their CCs. ;)

A Facebook Oct 7th got CC last week. They had sent both packages together in August and received a checklist Oct 2nd, checklist scan date Oct 7.

06/11/2014 - case received at Chicago Lockbox

06/16/2014 - case sent to Nebraska Service Centre

06/18/2014 - expedite requested

06/24/2014 - received e-mail from NSC that expedite is being considered

07/10/2014 - I-130 approved

07/17/2014 - approved case sent to NVC

08/11/2014 - expedite requested

08/12/2014 - NVC case number assigned (no IIN)

08/13/2014 - IIN received by email while on hold to NVC

08/13/2014 - DS-261 submitted

08/14/2014 - AOS fee billed

08/15/2014 - AOS fee paid
