Others are getting CC ahead of me (October is starting and I'm 29 Sep) and it makes me worry that it's because we have a checklist. My husband is living in Australia earning Australian dollars at the moment which was what we put for his income, I'm worried that won't be enough for him to be my first sponsor. At least he has been offered a job for next year in the USA so we can send that contract in if we get a checklist. If we do I will be heartbroken, it will mean he will have to leave Australia without me and we'll be apart for awhile :(

I really hope that you don't get a checklist.

It is hard to be apart. My husband left Australia in August 2013 and I have been here for almost 15 months on my own with our two children, ages 13 and 15. The end is nearly over for us. I hope you don't go through this.

Yesterday was our 30 day mark, I guess 30 more to go. :(

I know it's not easy but try to look back and see how much you both have already gone through and how much longer this torture will last. Your so close my dear friend so very close. :Dt5063.gif

Praying you don't get a checklist, but try to think of it this way if it happens you wont have to be separated for long at all. But will be praying get you CC Monday. t5063.gif

I am feeling pretty furious right now. I just met my best friend who was telling me about her cousin who just got married to a guy in states who is there on h1B visa. And as far as I know her husband sponsored her. Yet she is so sure she is gonna be there in 5 months. I explained to my friend the whole procedure and asked her that does it make sense to u that I being a wife of born citizen is stuck here for 2 years and she will get her visa in 5 months. Unless she do some fraud and takes a shortcut. This immigration is just really unfair and does not make sense to me at all.

Many years ago CR-1 processing time was less than 6 months (I mean up to POE). There are pros and cons about above visa. She will only get H4 visa. Able to come to the states within a short period of time but not eligible for SSN/Work.

Still waiting on the IV fee to open up. It's been 30 days and nothing.

The rep today said she's sending a request to have it sent because the DS261 was already reviewed weeks ago, but the 'system' has it held up for some reason.

Just one of them days, when you wanna put your head in to a pillow and scream. hahahaha.

I hope everyone else is having a better day than I am.

Great to see that! I'm Oct 21, so we'll all be happy together! Wooohoooo!! :)

Late October dates can't get here fast enough! ha-ha....hopefully my CC predicted range is correct and I get a CC before the 60 days! TheBigO predicted December 3-15 so hopefully it's in the earlier dates like the 10th or 11th.
