Solenta they did give him a letter but it does not specifically say why or give any instructions. I also just called the national passport office and was told that a middle name is not required on the passport it is an option but the passport must match what the picture id says. so now am going to call him again and waiting on the senators office to call me back and an email back from the embassy, thanks for being so nice and caring I really appreciate it.

Oh my what dilemma , God willing this will all be cleared up soon, your in my prayers. My pleasure I wish the best for everyone and more so for those of us having problems.

Just saw a CC on the other thread with AOS date 9/09 and IV date 10/03. If they went by their last scan date, that means they started October already!!!! OH MY GOODNESS!! If that is the case, my day just got a little better ha-ha

Well I'm not 100% sure they started on October yet since the AOS was in Sept. but hopefully they have. Either way, they'll likely start working on October dates by end of this week. Hoping October dates are faster than September dates!

I know I said I would call NVC last night (my time) but I just couldn't. I couldn't face the long hold time followed by some gruff or mean NVC rep telling me it hasn't even been 60 days yet. I'm a wuss.

What happend ?

My Actual Scan dates are 09/03 & 10/05 . Now they are claiming that I send additional mail on 10/20 and my last scan date is 10/20 and they would review based on that. After all its getting very frustrating !! & I can see people with my Actual Scan Dates are getting case completes.

FINALLY good news! I don't know why I called tonight. I wasn't planning to until tomorrow, but they GOT MY CASE IN THE BUILDING THIS AFTERNOON!

No your not your battered and I for one understand completely. I rarely call and while on hold I get a funny feeling in my stomach. This is what they have reduced us to, but this to shall pass. Then we can say F___ you, you dirty SO_'s you can go to H___ as far as I'm concernedyou piece of S___ you can fill in the blanks. :rofl:

They are rude and nasty the little creeps. By any chance did you send them an e-mail? if you did they might be seeing that e-mail as a package and you need to speak to a supervisor and they will fix that. The doofus head reps can't they only see whats on their screen since they are most likely felons and would sell our information if they could. Either way you need to speak to a supervisor, just act really nice and sweet and call after 3 pm pacific and 6 eastern you should be fine. Don't let them make you wait any longer than you already have. Be strong! After you get your Visa you can call back and let them have it hahahaa but not now.

I know how NVC particular about all the documents and still i made a dumb mistake, we sent AOS and IV package to NVC,

My Lawyer sent me the scanned copy of the documents we sent. i noticed on MY I864EZ- my social misprented one number(8 instead of 3)

i did not catch this when i was in lawyers office. what should i do now 1. leave it as it is 2. send a new I864EZ or just email them the correct SSN.

guys please need your inputs/thoughts.

i did not catch this when i was in lawyers office. what should i do now 1. leave it as it is 2. send a new I864EZ or just email them the correct SSN.

guys please need your inputs/thoughts.

Best and quickest thing to do is resend with the correction as soon as possible there is nothing else you can do. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. How long will this set you back? AOS status changed from "PAID" to "N/A" on CEAC website today morning. AOS checklist last scan date Sep 29. Called NVC just now and got confirmation that it's a case complete as of Nov 17. My sincere thanks to the entire VJ family for your tremendous moral support throughout this nightmare of a journey which began on April 30, 2013.

My best wishes to all of you still waiting for your case complete. Soloenta, my sincere prayers will always be there for you. Please stay strong, your case complete is not too far away now.......

I would send the corrected form if I were you.

But, I know one person who put the wrong social security number (only 3 digits instead of 9) without getting a checklist!
