Soloenta and everybody. I m shaking with excitement and shivering. My AOS has changed to n/a!!!!! I was crying and shaking when I called my husband. We just confirmed it with Nvc. I called them and the girl Carla I think was so sweet. I almost started crying and she said we r still scheduling for dec and I have my fingers and toes crossed for u that u get a dec interview. I m so so so happy I can't tell u all. Soloenta I have u in my prayers!! Cuz I think that's what worked including mine. I love u so so much and I want ur cc this month really!!! I still have tears falling and I m feeling too emotional. My scan date was sept 10 or 11 if anybody doesn't know it yet lol!!

WONDERFUL NEWS!!!!!! I knew there was a reason I needed to log in to VJ today. So happy for you to finally be headed out of this nightmare. :joy:

Oh My! I cannot believe what just happened a few minutes ago. My wife calls me and says she's just received an email from the NVC. My heart stops. Our AOS checklist scan date is 9/23 so I knew something would be coming relatively soon, but it still felt unexpected and struck me like lightning. I told her to forward it and I'd call her right back. She's not the best reader of English.

The seconds were like hours as I waited for the phone to "bing" a new email. It bings...I open it...and it's an NVCInquiry replying to my wife's autoreply. She had accidentally left that on when she had received the AOS checklist 60-day letter back in September. Seriously. What a let down

We were speechless on the phone for a moment. Stunned really. Then we laughed about it for quite a while. I'm just hoping we are on track to here something in the next couple of weeks.

Would you think an autoreply to the asknvc.com would mess with any dates do you? Docs go to a completely different email.

I post this story here as I don't think anyone else I know would understand

I don't think it counts because you have your interview date and for some 13 is a bad luck number so, I say you made a mistake .

I almost fell off my chair reading this phewwwwwwwwwwww, I'll let someone that knows more about this answer but I would say you'll be just fine. Anyone want to say I'm full of it hahahahaaa . If not mistaken they consider an e-mail like a package but you should be able to call a supervisor with the date of the e-mail sent and have them look into it. Praying I'm right and nothing will come of this. And boy do we understand!

I dont understand why people get so sensitive about stuff that people post like checking in and all that, or this person that said that all that estimate cc was bs, as far as I know this is a free portal/community, we are all already dealing with a lot, they need to relax and love that people going thru the same share their feelings, ups and downs, like me, me tongue still hurts hahaha

Sitting here waiting for DHL to come pick up my Express I-864 CHECKLIST package.....It has to go from the Netherlands to California for a new signature from Joint Sponsor and then he will mail it to NVC . My Checklist clock wont start for another week most likely.....but I am happy that the IV package and all the supporting docs were approved no problems there. Just a couple of small corrections on I-864 . I am thankful that it was nothing major and that my husbands Joint Sponsor is approved...little victories add up to big ones in the end

Thought I would mention that...I called NVC on the 3rd of November and was told that our packages were not being reviewed yet . I hung up the phone and 10 minutes later I got the checklist email!

How odd I've seen people post things like this before, can't be just a coincidence? God only knows!
