Finally its a Case Complete... Just called them to confirm...My fee status changed to n/a over weekend...My last scan date was Oct 3rd...No checklist and I used form i864ez...Prayers for everybody who are still waiting for the case complete...

Congratulations on CC!!

That's the form we used too and I am October 6th scan date hopefully hear soon.

09.07.2014 - Transferred to CSC from NSC

28.07.2014 - RFE - Passport pictures

It usually takes 7 days from CC date. You might want to call to double check why you have not received it yet.

Hi guys.. I just called NVC and I was just checklisted.. Scan date October 2.. They told me the mistake was on Part 3 number 7 for my co sponsor,,, I just looked and the question is Enter the total number of immigrants you are sponsoring on this form from items 1 through 6... On my copy it says 01... My husband is the only one who is being sponsored. How am I checklisted if it says 1!??? I wanna break into tears my flight is this Sunday and I wanted to e there for the interview.. I can't help but stop crying...

And TheBig9s calculation was def. correct although I am checklisted... He said I would hear something november 13- november 24.. And here's the answer... Don't know what I should do now?!!

You should call NVC.. speak to them about it.. you entered is correct 01 or 1 is same :) .. ask them for a supervisor review immediately...

I received my letter to wiat for 60 more days on the same exact date! Lets hope for a case complete soon!!!

When can I expect Interview date in Mumbai. My CC date on Nov 21. Any idea??

You will definitely receive a date in January... beginning or end of the month depends on who schedules your interview.. its just random :)

Your last scan date was oct 3 right? And do you mean CC since Nov 18?

Thank you all!!!! Today marks the 52nd date of my AOS checklist, last scan was 10/3 but according to the rep Sonia it has been cc since 9/18.. I just called my hubby and told him, I'm still shaking! I don't know if I want to cry, laugh or what lol I'm just full of emotions right now...

I am so happy for you girl!!! Yay!!!! Congratulations.. I'm here crying a storm.. I just called NVC and they said I wrote 01 but it is supposed to be written as 1.. I know you said u had a mistake like that on your correct form did you just have 1!??

Thank you!!! And yes I have 1 Not 01.... I was at the gym and I saw your post and freaked out I came home confirm the doc and called NVC. My attorney the first time around had left it blank along with question 13.a being wrong.. That was the reason for my checklist

Yes it is horrible! I am OK for now...some days will be better than some but good news is that case will be closed in January so hopefully a March or April interview.

Its a ugly feeling. I called again today to confirm the 2 mistakes. Rep advise to wait for checklist email to resumbit with correction. She said I should get it Wednesday or Friday. I have read others are advice to send with old aos barcode sheet. What should I do? What do you mean your case will b close in Jan?
