I also got the same checklist but have not got the email yet. Lady in NVC told me there is no need to wait for the checklist email and I can send the corrected form with the same old AOS coversheet. I checked from 3 different NVC reps. to make sure that there is no other issue. So I sent the corrected I-864 and NVC received it on 11/21 .

Wow! Thank you so much. Nvc did tell me it would be line 22 if 1040. So I will confirm the amount is correct once attorney corrects. Nvc also told me she left out ssn for my joint sponsor and to send w2 and 1 current pay stub.Should I just send that? I was going to add more document like joint sponsor w2 and pay stub and letter from my prenatal doctor this way they are aware my husband may have to be interview without me there if they do take 60 days to review (would be 7 months pregnant).Should I add the extra explained or just what nvc said??? I will call tmw to confirm if another rep says the samething on errors.

Send whatever the NVC said to send when you called. You can send "new" items along too. My point was that there is no need to resend previously submitted backup to the I-864.

Hello All,

I received from NVC an email notice and I'm wondering what it means. I received a checklist 2 months ago and sent the new AOS/I-864 back immediately and NVC sent me an email saying they had received the new AOS/I-864 on SEP 22

So is this new email saying that they have approved everything ( found that I have the finances to support my wife, etc.)? and are going to schedule the interview? How long will it take them to schedule the interview?

I will keep searching the visajourney site, but any help is appreceiated!
