How can I not be gussa?? They are not even clear with their directions!! I am scared to receive another checklist in January!! Then I would have to wait till March!! I am prolly gonna end up killing myself lol

dont say that, it will all work out. Knowing NVC it is highly likely they just review everything with Sept 24th scan date. Just keep hope and it will all come to an end soon!

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

dont say that, it will all work out. Knowing NVC it is highly likely they just review everything with Sept 24th scan date. Just keep hope and it will all come to an end soon!

Ghee shakkar in your mouth!! I just saw a CC with AOS--SEPT 23 and IV-- Oct 23.. That means they are reviewing first scan date right????? Omg omg omg..that is giving me lots of hope :) hopefully yours is next week :)

2014/07/18 : DS-261 available. Completed & submitted online.
2014/07/18 : AOS fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/08/15 : Mailed AOS package (Scan date-19th August)

2014/09/04 : IV fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/09/06 : Mailed IV package (scanned into system on September 10th)

2014/09/10 : Submitted DS-260

Hey I saw it on the March 2014 I-130 filers forum..as I am subscribed to both forums lol..this shows how crazily and desperately I want my hubby to be with me lol

Sorry everyone I am trying to update our status in the various forums and I forgot this one. Yes we are the one that just got CC today. AOS Sept. 23 IV Oct. 23. I checked our status this morning and it still showed paid. Then tonight I just wanted to check again and it showed N/A. So I called NVC and they said they just finished our review and Case Completed today....Hand in there everyone its coming. PTL maybe I will see my hubby soon maybe even in time for the snow.

Just received an email

The NVC completed its processing of GIESELL ***********'s visa

petition.

The petition is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled at the U.S.

Embassy or Consulate in MANILA, PHILIPPINES. When an interview

appointment is scheduled, the petitioner, principal applicant,

designated agent, and attorney of record (if applicable) will be

notified.

DOES IT MEAN IT'S A CASE COMPLETE? Really? Oh my God! Please confirm this is true.

Last scan date 03oct2014 (checklist)

But I checked my visa status online and still it's "at nvc"

We have our 1st anniversary on December 2nd. We got our approval on June 4th 2014, I was so hopeful to be with my hubby in August, then it changed to sept, then oct, here I am still at NVC. But I do have faith on Waheguru ji. Wish to be with him in February now.

That's a cc, congrats!! You probably had a cc about a week ago cause is taking NVC that long to generate that email.. :) what's your AOS scan date or are both AOS and IV was 10/3? I'm also 10/3 with a checklist and nothing yet..

thanks! Aos was scanned last year and IV was just last july, but received a checklist for civil documents last sept and scanned last 03oct2014.
