15 - 23 November for you. Any time now you will get that CC. Keep checking the CEAC website. Hopefully it will change for you over the weekend.

Check the CEAC site mid-Sunday afternoon and early evening Australian time. That's what I did last week and, bingo! CC! The maths predicts you should have a CC as of today!

thank you so much!!!! And I hope to god that CEAC site changes to n/a Sunday ;) I will be the happiest woman on earth.. Lol this is so nerve wrecking!!

Same boat as you :) Except I'll be the one having to leave my husband in Aus cause of 12 month visa expiring Apr 3. I figure, even if you do get a checklist, that'll take you to January at latest, and you should well and truly be interviewed by March :) Don't worry!

Really? I thought it took a fair while to be given an interview, so if it takes me to January then I only have a small chance of being interviewed by March.. I hope you're right! But I even more hope we just don't get a checklist :D

I am the beneficiary. My husband is the petitioning USC.

My case was approved on february 2014 and it is in nvc now. I had case number and IIN . I was a LPR that time but on November 5 i became a US citizen and on the same day i send copy of naturalization certificate n approval letter . I called them after 15 days and they said they dont have it and told me to resend but on usps tracking it says delivered. On november 18 i send it again from fedex and it says delivered and has the signature of the person who received it . Does this means it reached nvc?how long will they take to upgrade my case from f2a to ir1? Any idea plz

I think one reason an attorney is hired is to take u through the process with no set backs. No sense in paying someone to make the process longer. Don't see the sense. I got a checklist so I know exactly how u feel but you probably feel worst because that wasn't expected from a professional.

Apperantly all of this attorneys are not updated on this AOS question 13.a, I got hit with the same checklist after waiting 55 long days for a cc and paying the attorney $3000 to avoid this mistakes.. Trust me I flip out on her also but the mistake was done nothing more to do than fix it and resend. Is so horrible that something so small NVC would not over look and have is take the correct one to the interview instead of waiting another 60 days

A good lawyer would do their research and ensure that they understand every form completely before taking people's money. We didn't use a lawyer and we've gotten through the process with one checklist but I feel better in myself knowing that a professional didn't cause that. Now we have a case complete and waiting on an interview date. Just hang in there. It'll probably be the longest 60 days ever but it'll be over soon.

Don't stress too much. That's not healthy for the baby. Just be strong and hold on a little longer.
