Hi VJ,

Any cc for Sept 24 yet?

Hi Perez

Have you contacted the NVC to ask if your case is complete, been assigned to an officer, being reviewed or is still waiting to be looked at?

What are the chances of getting expedited processing and what are the best reasons to state? If there is a resource or previous discussion on this topic - please direct - I will gladly browse through forums. I see from wiki that it's best to ask to expedite before sending paperwork in but after I pay both fees - but how long would they need to look at this request? Thank you!

Hello friends,

Does any one knows, whats the last scan date on which NVC is working? I feel they are working so haphazardly over last week of September and its really so depressing :-(

My scan date for both AOS and IV is 26th sep and CEAC is still showing PAID :-(

This is crazy but yes I am checking Ceac 20-30 times in a day :-/

Hang in there. Hopefully we will get good news soon. I'm also still waiting with scan dates of Sep 22 for AOS and Sep 25 for IV.

I've seen people with later dates get CC. I dont know how they check cases there.

Just called NVC, they have not received my I-130 yet, it should have been sent on 10/30, I hope it's less than a month for them to get it.

I see in 2012 whole process was like 30-60 days until CC. In 2013 it was still within 3 month, now it's 4-5 on average?
