Spoke to NVC yesterday and found out that I have a checklist for AOS line 13.a.1 . Unfortunately I did a mistake where I used Adjusted Gross income instead of total income (Form 1040).

Spoke to them again and lady told me that this is the only issue and no other issue. She mentioned that I can send that in again and do not need to wait for the email (or hard copy) for the checklist. Would like to double check .. Please advise if that is correct and if I can send it right away.

Want to send it earliest and start with the countdown..... Please advise

Please advise where exactly you sent the corrected AOS ... I have not received the checklist email yet.

the checklist cover which is in our email says-

National Visa Center

ATTN: DR
31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914
By the way, confirm it from 2-3 representatives, NVC representatives are known for giving contradictory statements.
Good luck :-)

Hi Qbanita,

Yes. I was reading through post and saw that. They seem to be taking forever to work on 9/24. This is plain torture. But I'm praying all get cc asap. It would be great to start holidays with good news. :)

yes you can send it. I send it same way and had same mistake just put AOS barcode cover sheet and also include latter saying that had mistake so use this new AOS becoz you don't have any checklist document to include that's why. use attn. CMR AOS it will be fine. I asked them and they said as long as you include cover sheet its fine.

By the way what was your AOS scan date?

I know that will be wonderful news, My hubby is going crazy with all this wait :( they don't understand the process and how awful of a wait this is. But in the other hand I just saw some one with a checklist from the 24th so you should hear something soon.. ps.. I had checked the ceac site like 10 times today lol
