Hi C and S!

Fingers crossed for us both! What CC date are you estimating for yourself?

:)

laurenmat We are hoping 3rd week of November so my husband can bring any documents from his end that I may need during the interview.

NVC was saying we can expect in few weeks till Dec 14 which is the 60th day from our last scan date.

I know there are still a lot of couples who are ahead from us on the process but here is only hoping.

Have you read the I-864 instructions PDF (available from USCIS)? Saylin's NVC process wiki (linked in the first post of this thread)? My advice would be to check those out, as they provide a lot of information on domicile and tax returns for the AOS. The short answer is that you need the US tax returns or IRS transcripts, unless you've claimed an exemption from filing a US tax return.

hey Dwarrell.

Thanks for your reply and thank you for this infomration. I have checked out Saylin's Wiki page, but unless I missed something, I was wondering which income do we input on the I-864? Do we put $0 since none of it is US dollars or do we put down the Canadian amount? I believe it is probably latter.

Any insight is appreciated.

Thanks

Thank you. When you say approved do you mean case complete? I got an interview date 9-10 business days after CC. My hubby needs to take a new police certificate, we have pictures, western union receipts and call logs as proof of relationship.

Omg Jackie521 that is awesome. You feel us with hope. I'm really praying we get cc this week or next and can make it in for a Dec interview. That would be the best Xmas gift. You got cc last week? And what date in Nov is interview? Omg best of luck. All positive vibes :)

Thanks so much. I got approved Friday and I had called that Friday morning and they told me 60 days from IV date and it was from AOS and it was before the 60 days.

Hope you get approval soon.

Yes CC. did you take the medical exam after the cc or after you received your interview date? yes I am planning on taking all that information as proof of relationship. Do you think they will give me a date for a month or longer?
