Wow...why is this place so silent...

There is no cc today??

Still waiting for cc last scan date 24 sep

We have same scan date Sept 24 for both package. Just called and all the gentleman said is the 60 day story. I asked I should hear something by Friday bcuz 60 days are up on Sunday. He answered what else can I help you with? My response how did you help if you didn't answer my question and everyone there is pre-program on the 60 day story.

Can't wait to finish with NVC nightmare.

AOS status changed from "PAID" to "N/A" on CEAC website today morning. AOS checklist last scan date Sep 29. Called NVC just now and got confirmation that it's a case complete as of Nov 17. My sincere thanks to the entire VJ family for your tremendous moral support throughout this nightmare of a journey which began on April 30, 2013.

My best wishes to all of you still waiting for your case complete. Soloenta, my sincere prayers will always be there for you. Please stay strong, your case complete is not too far away now.......

2013/04/27 : Mailed I-130 petition to USCIS Phoenix Lockbox, Arizona.
2013/04/30 : I-130 PETITION PRIORITY DATE (NOA1).
2013/05/02 : Received (NOA1) hardcopy by mail from National Benefits Center (NBC).
2013/12/04 : I-130 petition transferred from National Benefits Center (NBC) to Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
2014/02/12 : I-130 PETITION APPROVED (NOA2) at Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
2014/02/13 : Approved I-130 petition shipped from Nebraska Service Center (NSC) to National Visa Center (NVC).
2014/02/18 : Received (NOA2) hardcopy by mail from Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC)
2014/02/25 : National Visa Center (NVC) received approved I130 petition from Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
2014/03/31 : Case Number, IIN & BIN generated.
2014/04/01 : DS-261 available. Completed & submitted online.
2014/04/01 : AOS fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/04/04 : AOS fee payment status appears as PAID.

2014/04/08 : IV fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/04/11 : IV fee payment status appears as PAID.

2014/04/12 : DS-260 available. Completed & submitted online.

2014/06/24 : IV packet delivered at National Visa Center (NVC).

2014/07/01 : IV packet scanned into system.

2014/07/28 : AOS packet delivered at National Visa Center (NVC).

2014/07/30 : AOS packet scanned into system.

2014/08/13 : IV packet reviewed & accepted by National Visa Center (NVC).

2014/12/19 : Case shipped from National Visa Center (NVC) to US consulate Mumbai. CEAC status says 'In Transit'.

INTERVIEW & POE

2014/12/15 : Medicals completed.

2014/12/22 : Case received at US consulate Mumbai. CEAC status says 'Ready'.

2015/01/05 : Biometrics appointment scheduled.

congrats! seems like they are moving through end of September relatively fast.

Hope to see lots more September CCs and then move into October!

Getting excited and nervous as the date comes closer. Please god no checklist!!!

today i have sent my AOS and IV package together, when do i get my scan date and is there will be any updates online to check my scan date?

you will get an email advising you of the 60 day wait and your scan date.

You cannot check online for your scan date. Typically you get an email within 2-5 days after the package is delivered.

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

hello everyone. I just got off the phone with NVC. a rep name Olivia confirmed that our case was completed on Nov 13, 2014.

Im very happy :dancing::dancing::dancing:

For those, waiting for CC, yours will come soon.

here is hoping for many many more case complete today onwards..

Case Complete on Friday 14th but I didn't know because the CEAC website never changed to N/A. Still shows PAID now. (Found out by calling NVC.)

Scan date was 17 Sep for IV package. (AOS was Sept 13.)

This just made me very happy to see :) congrats!!!! I wonder if they are getting to the checklist faster? I'm waiting on my aos checklist to get review and hopefully get a cc before thanksgiving. scan date 10/3 this is really close :)
