I saw a CC for Sept 24th and checklist for sept 23rd..

Sept 24th is a checklist also ;) I wonder if they are working faster on checklist? Cause there still lot of people without a cc with scan dates from 9/15 and forward... No idea how NVC is working at this point seen random

Phew, just finished spending a few hours going through all the non case completes on my old layout. There were 35 case completes, none of which filled out my form to update me :bonk: Then there were like 20 other people that haven't logged in in so long, so I removed them from my spreadsheet. Which now leaves only 69 without a case complete (started the evening with 127)!

For those that submit the request form, I usually go through the requests every few days. As for what I did tonight (going through the entire list of those without a case complete), I usually do it every 1-2 months ;)

I hope it keeps moving forward fast and so nervous about my checklist getting review but then again I just want this done and over with... Praying for a cc soon for all off us far away from our love ones.. ?

Yay, congrats! Glad that got all sorted out! :dancing:

Saylin I need some help... i have read the instruction about AOS well at least Im less confuse now compared to the other day thanks to your wiki.. But this is just for verification purposes if I have understand it well coz I don't want checklist...Hope you don't mind...I am filling out AOS form, on the part 3 as a petitioner I would only check yes right? Even if I am not the sponsor coz I am qualified to be the sponsor... and I don't have any other beneficiary except for my wife which is written on part 2. So now the tricky part is filling out the form for our joint sponsor. Do our joint sponsor need to check yes or no on part 3 of the form? Well my idea is he will check YES coz basically he is only sponsoring my wife and nobody else. I just want some verification. And for anyone who has the idea please help me verify it...Thank you...

Yes you understood it correct... Both the petitioner and joint sponsor 'SHOULD CHECK YES' for part 3. The petitioner checks YES because he/she is the primary sponsor and the joint sponsor checks YES because technically he'll be sponsoring your wife. Also please don't forget to write '1' under PART 3, ITEM 7 of both the petitioner and joint sponsor's 864 forms. Hope this helps.....
